Know the Fish Oil Side Effects:
Many people believe that if a little of something is good for them, a lot would be great. Fish oil is taken to raise your Omega 3 levels, but if you take it too much, than it may cause some side effects such as below:
A. Thin blood
If you have already taken blood thinners, you need to be especially wary of taking too much fish oil. This supplement has many cardiovascular benefits including naturally thinning blood. If you combined with prescribed blood thinners, you could thin your blood too much.
B. Allergic reactions
Anyone has allergic to fish needs to start off with a very low dose of fish oil. Usually the low quality fish oil supplements will say “fish oil” or “marine lipids” on the label. In this case, you can not be sure what is in the supplements and it is best to avoid this supplement.
C. High quality fish oil
High quality supplements are made from the oil from anchovies, sardines, tuna, and salmon. But if you are allergic to any of these fish then you may need to take a vegetarian Omega 3 supplement. Vegetarian Omega 3 supplements made from algae and give you the same benefits as Fish Oil.
D. Loss of blood clotting ability

E. Low blood pressure
If you take prescribed alpha blockers, beta blockers, or ACE inhibitors to lower the blood pressure, fish oil will lower it and even more. As we know that low blood pressure is a good thing, but of course you do not want it too low.

Many studies saying, that the recommended dosage of Omega 3 is just 2.5 to 4 grams per day. You need to read the label on your fish oil supplement to see how many pills that you need to take to reach this amount.
